A Life Devoted to Place.

I founded R Haus Studio Europe with a conviction: the most meaningful places grow from understanding what is already there—their character, their stories and the people who give them life.

My path through theatre, interior architecture and the craft of building has shaped how I work. I pay attention to atmosphere and detail, but also to the practical decisions that allow an idea to survive construction, support daily life and endure through care.

I begin by listening—to owners, to the people who use a place, and to the place itself. From there, I help bring its identity into focus, creating a shared direction that connects purpose with design and everyday experience.

Based in Delft, I bring this approach to R Haus: a small, independent practice committed to places that feel rooted, work thoughtfully and give people a sense of belonging.
